Aw, sweetie, that's cool that you got the beta version! I'll be able to send you Thorn's castle when I'm done with it, but it might look weird on yours because I use a skin pack called Mixcraft.
Also, I used to use MineEdit but I use InvEdit now. You can make the blocks you carry exceed 64 and they become essentially infinite. Plus you can use the coloured wool because they update faster. The interface isn't as good, though.
Can you email me the file for it? Do you know how? I can explain it if you need me to.

Re: minecraft castle/hotel
Okay then, I'll write you a tutorial.
Okay, I'm running Windows 7. I'm assuming you've at least got Vista, and they're pretty much the same as far as what I'm going to do is concerned.
First, you're going to need a USB Flash drive, external hard drive or a good memory. This is so you don't lose your save file.
Alright, you're going to start by opening the Start menu, and clicking "Control Panel". You're looking for a section called "Appearance and Personalization". Inside that there'll be a section called "Folder Options". This could be just in your Control Panel if you're on Vista, I can't quite recall. Anyway, you want to open the subheading "Show Hidden files and folders", and look for a little folder titled "Hidden Files and Folders". There should be an option between "Don't show them" and "Show them" (Not with that wording, I'm just too lazy to type it). Make sure it says "Show them". Otherwise you won't be able to find the folder you need.
Done that? Okay, good.
Next you'll need to open up your account folder (It should be titled the same as the name you have to click when you log on. It should have all your folders like "Documents" and "Pictures", but they'll be called "My Original _______" Whatever. They are with mine at least).
Right at the top there's going to be a little transparent folder called "Appdata". That's what you want.
Now don't get worried or anything, but be a little careful here. This folder contains all of your information for applications you run. That means any games you might have, Microsoft Word/Powerpoint, etc. Just be a little careful and follow what I say to the letter and you'll be fine.
Start by going into the "Roaming" folder. Right at the top should be a folder called ".minecraft". This contains all of Minecraft's information. It allows you to hack save files, change the skins, and a lot of other stuff. We only want to borrow one of the save files.
So, go into the "Saves" folder. You're going to see as many folders as you have worlds in Minecraft. I have 2, so I have a folder called "World 1" and one called "World 2".
THIS IS THE IMPORTANT BIT!
If your castle is saved on World 1, you'll need to copy/cut and paste it onto your Flash drive, or your hard drive, or into another folder, say, in your Documents. If you don't do this, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASTLE!
If it's saved on World 2-5, you should be okay, but I recommend moving it just in case.
Now, once you have moved your World 1 folder somewhere safe, you'll need to get the file I give you (It's not quite done yet, so I may upload it to MegaUpload or something as opposed to e-mailing it because it's about 20 megabytes and my computer is an asshole...), and cut/copy it. Then simply paste it in "Saves" where your World 1 was. Close that folder (Or leave it open, I don't think it matters), then open Minecraft. When you open World 1, it should be my World, not yours. To undo this, simply find where you saved your world one, go back to the "Saves" folder, delete my World 1 and copy/cut yours back there. Easy peasy.
I hope that helps, sweetheart. Not sure what else I can do...
I'm too dumb to use a hypercam though, so meh. Otherwise I'd upload it to YouTube as well. Mind you, it's never as good as looking at it yourself.

I think it makes a little more sense when you actually do it. Maybe a YouTube tutorial would be more helpful, since you can actually see what to do.

Alright sweetie. I've got the file if you want to take a look. I think I'll just email it to you. Keep in mind that it's about 20 megabytes.
So would you like me to email it to you?

Re: minecraft castle/hotel
I was going to upload a video of my castle to YouTube but it was like 1.2 gig... My parents would kill me, so I can't... I really wanted you to see it, though...
