We will be heroes! A legendery pokemon RP

She thought for a moment then turned to face him, shaking his hand. "I'll do my best." She smiled a little and yawned. It was allready dark outside the window.

(skip to when she's discharged from hospital and police interrogation?)

After a few days of recovery, Damian had brought Bailey some chocolate as a recovery gift, but it was a bittersweet gift, because their leaving the hospital was greeted with an officer of Unova, who escorted Bailey into the police car for questioning at the station, and given the standard "anything you say can and will be used against you" routine. Damian hopped in the front seat, since he hadn't been accused of anything, promising her that she'd get out scott free.

Bailey smiled and put the chocolates in her bag, thanking him for them. But the police officer ruined her good mood. She sighed and said nothing for the whole trip, letting him cuff her and put her in the car.

The interrogation was excutiatingly painful. Both physicly and mentaly. She had several relapses when asked questions about her home, some others in the headquarters thought she was being tortured by the sounds of screaming. After two hours a guard came out of the room with a bloodied nose and a disgruntled look. "We can't get anything out of her and she's not lying when she says she doesn't know what happened to her. The charges have been drpped but she's out cold right now. Had a few fits or something..she'll be ok to leave in a few minutes." He wiped his nose and turned down the corridor.

Damian frowned at the guard and went into the room.
"Bailey? Are you alright? They didn't hurt you, did they?"
He approached her slowly.
"I'm sorry about this..."

Bailey was laying on the desk face down, she stirred and sat up in the chair to lok at him. "Not they didn't...im fine but I don't like being in such a closed space..it feels terrably familiar and I don't like it..ow.." She held her head and got up. "Can we go now?"

"Yes, like I promised. Come on," He took her hand and helped her too her feet, leading her out of the station.
"Okay, well, you're free now. No more running, if you stay with me. So where do you want to go?"

Bailey didn't speak till they were outside. "Shouldn't wwe be going where you want? you're filling your pokedex aren't you?" She answered back, letting her poochy and Sneasel out so they could walk with them.

Damian did the same, sending out Ginger.
"Well, it's only Unova Pokémon, see?"
He pulled it out and showed her the almost entirely full pokédex, with the exception of Unova's pokémon.
"But it does take a long time to do, you see... We'll have to search just about every corner of the region, and it'll involve a lot of battling and training. So it's not something we can just go out and start doing. But there's no reason we can't procrastinate around here for a little longer. Is there something you'd like to do before we leave the city?"

"You're asking a homeless girl who's only goal over three years was simply survival what she wants to do?" She waited in silence for a moment looking deadly serious, then a smile cracked her lips. "EAT!" She began sprinting off to the nearest resteraunt.

"HEY!" He cried, chasing her down.
"You could have just told me!"
Ginger kept pace with him because she wanted to, although she could have easily outrun him.

"Now where's the fun in that?" She skidded to a halt in front of a chineese noodle stand and jumped in a 360 loop. "Awsome! Your largest bowl with everything please." She grinned excitedly to the man behind the bar who's jaw dropped along with his authentic foo man shoo moustache. "Uh c-coming up."

Damian panted a little as he caught up to her. He gave the man time to finish Bailey's food, then said,
"Um... Something in a soup noodle with no seafood or chilli or anything... Um... Do you have, like, a pork noodle soup? That would be nice."
He smiled aloofly.

The man nodded and handed Damiana pork soup noodle bowl and handed Bailey her bowl of everything. He jumped back when the girl started eating with gusto, afraid for his fingers. He leaned into Damian so only he could hear. "Your girlfriend has quite an appitite."

He frowned as he replied.
"She isn't my girlfriend. She's just... Well, a friend, I suppose."
This comment had upset him a little in that it had reminded him of Amanda when he'd done such a good job of forgetting her for the last few days, but he tried not to let it show.

Bailey held an octopus tenticle in her chopsticks and made sucking sounds as she moved it around Damian's face. "I am the tentecoolest surender your noodles to the allmightyyy." She put on a really deep voice for the 'tentecoolest' character. "Cheer up Champ."

Damian gagged at having that tentacle so close to his face.
"Ugh, don't be gross... How can you eat that stuff? It's so... Slimy and horrible..."
He looked at the tentacle again and shuddered.

"Like this." She chomped it off the chopsticks and smiled. "When you eat scraps everything else tastes good. If you're looking for pokemon the route just north of here has an abundent amount, It's full to the brim almost."

He gagged and turned away from her.
"That's so gross..."
He looked at the city's exit.
"I don't just need ANY pokémon, just ones I don't have already. But I suppose there'd be a few there..."
He pulled an awkward face, having to sit down on a step to a building's entrance to eat, since he couldn't do so while standing, especially not with a soup.

Bailey shrugged and drank her soup happily, thanking the guy at the shop who was more then pleased for her to leave. She walked passed Damian and towards the exit, I'll be doing some training if you want to find me later."

(Oh, I thought it was just a little streetside stand.)

He nodded.
"I won't be too long."
He tried to eat as quickly as he could without making himself sick, before finishing and following her.

Bailey had got into a pokemon battle with another trainer, an ace by the look of him. He was battling with a Samarott, her Sneasel was dodging every attack it threw at them and sending slashes right back at it, scoring critical hits nearly every time. Bailey barely had to give a command but it seemed she was moving in time with her pokemon jumping side to side and striking her fists forward when Sneasel used an attack.

(You mean outside of the city?)

Damian watched her, approaching carefully.
"Um, do you know what you're up against? He looks pretty tough..."
He wasn't really sure about Bailey's combat ability, since she'd only ever used her pokémon for transport or escape tactics.

Bailey didn't answer she was fully focused on the fight. Her eyes seemed to flash slightly with a deep purple aura as she switched attacks. She spun on the spot and thrust both hands forward, at the same time Sneasel was in the air spinning and unleashed a shadowball at Samarott. The giant otter went down with a crash. The Trainer roared in frustration that he hadn't got a single attack in. "You're cheating!"
"Oh? Do tell how I cheated, or are you that much of a sore looser?"
The trainer returned his pokemon and stormed off.

Damian watched silently when she didn't reply, stepping close to her and taking her face gently in his hands to look at her eyes.
"You... Really have something wrong with your eyes... White then black, now purple... That needs to be investigated..."

Bailey looked at Damian when he held her face. No one had done that before. Or at least she didn't think so. She grabbed his wrist and swung it around behind his back. "Quite talking about me like I'm a freak. Relax will you man." She let him go and had Sneasel hop on her shoulder. "Well done bud top notch work but I think your dodging is getting a little slow. We'll work on that later."
